Over the past decade, Logan has developed a wealth of knowledge across the property investment landscape, having held positions in almost every sector within the commercial real estate industry. His experience spans from valuations and investment sales at top-tier global agencies to asset management and acquisitions for both publicly listed and unlisted property fund managers.
Logan is a Licensed Commercial Property Valuer (CPV), an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), and has provided over $2 billion worth of valuations and advisory services to high-net-worth and institutional clients across Australia and the UK. He is also a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a registered Real Estate Business Agent and Triennial License holder with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) in Western Australia.
In acquisitions, Logan has been instrumental in securing high-value assets for property investment fund managers, having been involved in transactions exceeding $500 million across retail, office, and development assets in Western Australia.
Drawing upon his well-rounded experience, Logan takes a highly-informed and diligent approach to sourcing and reviewing opportunities, ensuring an evidence based and well-balanced risk-reward strategy with an unwavering focus on capital preservation.
Key Experience:
Asset Management: Responsible for the strategic performance outcomes of a portfolio valued at over $200 million, encompassing office, industrial, and retail/mixed-use properties across WA, SA, and NSW.
Transactions: Over $500 million in transactional experience across retail, office, industrial, and development sites, with a strong focus on feasibility and financial cash flow outcomes.
Valuations & Advisory: More than $2 billion in valuations across retail, office, industrial, and medical properties for high-net-worth and institutional clients.
Advisory: Oversaw the end-of-financial-year (EOFY) valuation management and performance outcomes for the retail portfolio valued at over $2 billion, consisting of 40+ properties and 1,000+ tenants for one of Australia’s largest listed fund managers.
Leasing: Involved in securing over 7,000 square meters in office deals across WA and SA.
