Paul has amassed 30 years diverse property industry experience.  He founded MarketPlace Consulting in 2013 which has built from a core town planning and urban design offer to now provide a suite of allied and complimentary property services.

Paul’s public and private sector experiences across town planning, urban design, development management and design management, including State and National executive roles, provide considerable depth and knowledge. Sales agency and business owner roles have added further capability and commercial acumen.

Residential know-how spans apartment, townhouse, group-dwelling, single-house and retirement typologies from city centre, to infill, to urban fringe settings. Mixed-use, retail, commercial and industrial competence underscore Paul’s breadth of experience.
